1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Corlia ("the Service"), operated by LocalPRO Realty, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Corlia is an AI-powered coaching assistant for real estate professionals. The Service provides AI-generated guidance on scripts, objections, campaigns, and business strategy based on established real estate methodologies. Corlia does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Resell or redistribute AI-generated content as your own product
- Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
6. AI Disclaimer
AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. All scripts, strategies, and advice should be reviewed by the user and adapted to their specific market and regulatory requirements. LocalPRO Realty is not liable for decisions made based on AI output.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. LocalPRO Realty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
